Students and alumni from all CEU programs are invited to attend an information session about the Atlas Corps Fellowship (USA) and the Atlas Corps Fellowship: MENA Entrepreneurship Initiative, which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.

Atlas Service Corps, Inc. (Atlas Corps), started in 2006, is an international network of civil society leaders and organizations that promotes innovation, cooperation, and solutions to address critical social issues. A number of CEU grads have participated in the program.

Profiled as a "best practice" in international exchange by the Brookings Institution and featured in the Washington Post as a model social entrepreneurship program, Atlas Corps engages young leaders committed to social change in 12- to 18-month, professional fellowships at organizations addressing social issues to learn best practices, build organizational capacity, and return home to create a network of global changemakers.

While Atlas Corps accepts applications year-round, the next priority deadline for applications to Atlas Corps Fellowship programs in the US is February 28, 2019.

Meredith Newmark, Senior Program Director at Atlas Corps, will connect via videoconference with the CEU audience. CEU alumna Nurangiz Khodzharova (IRES ’08), a former Atlas Corps Fellow, will also be present to share her experiences. This is a virtual career session (Ms. Newmark will connect to the CEU community via video link from Washington, D.C.).

There will be ample time for questions from the audience.

Please note, it will be possible to connect remotely to the session if you will not be in Budapest on February 5. If this is your situation, please indicate so when signing up for the session and further information will be provided.
