Self-knowledge in an important part of the job search and application process. This workshop focuses on the concept of strengths and suggests tools for identifying them.

During the course of the workshop, we will examine guidelines for self-assessment and discuss tactics you can use to identify your top skills and strengths. You can use this information for building your career narrative that you communicate to potential employers.

The workshop includes individual work and peer conversation, so be ready to share!

This is good practice for future interviews and an opportunity to gain insights that will inform your job search moving forward. The session includes specific tips on incorporating these insights into application materials including CVs/resumes, cover letters, and personal statements
