Duties and Responsibilities

Execution and controlling of Facility Management purchasing activities and supplier management together with CEU Supply Management

Process handling in SAP

Operating cost and energy consumption optimization

ESG and management reporting

Maintenance management and controlling

Commercial project management together with technical project management for refurbishments and building construction measures
Qualifications
Job-related Skills

Execution and controlling of Facility Management purchasing activities and supplier management together with CEU Supply Management

Preparation and coordination of tender procedures and processing of contracts

Process handling in SAP / invoice management: checking, processing, and managing Facility Management invoices

Maintenance management and controlling: ongoing monitoring and commissioning of maintenance work and inspections
-
Operating cost accounting: preparation and allocation of costs relevant to operating costs and forwarding to the accounting department for settlement

Operating cost and energy consumption optimization
-
Responsibility for all insurance matters relating to the building
-
Commercial project management interfacing technical project management for refurbishments and building construction measures

Budget coordination: management and monitoring of Facility Management budgets

ESG and Facility Management performance reporting

Contact person for academic and non-academic employee requests

Property and real estate management methodologies according to RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) or comparable methodologies
Professional Experience / Skill Set
-
Several years of professional experience, ideally with a focus on Real Estate, Controlling, Facility Management, or Real Estate Development

Good commercial understanding
-
IT affinity with good MS Office and SAP skills
-
High service orientation and strong organisational talent

Membership in RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) is an advantage
