Living Library 2020 - Read the Book Covers!

Join us for CEU's Living Library online networking event! 

Date & Time: Wednesday, May 20, 2020, 16:30-18:00

During this event students will have the chance to connect with CEU alumni working in a variety of fields and to learn from their career paths and discuss issues connected to career development. 

This event will be conducted online via Zoom. Students can sign-up to attend three 20-minute chats with alumni (alongside 1-2 other students)

Soryah Haggarty (PolSci '17)

Soryah Haggarty (PolSci '17) is a Senior Policy Advisor at HM Treasury, the UK's economic and finance ministry. In more normal times, she works on regional development, however she is currently working on the economic response to the Covid19 crisis.

Zsófia Suba (POLSCI, '15)

Zsófia Suba (POLSCI, '15) is a youth organizer, with experience in human rights, community engagement, and international relations. She is currently the social media and youth outreach assistant at the U.S. Embassy in Budapest.

Mara Tissera Luna

Mara Tissera Luna (MPA, '17) is a researcher and advocate with a 10 year- experience specializing in children's rights. She is currently the project and fundraising manager at the Hungarian Helsinki Committee.

Iva Todorova (ECON’14)

Iva Todorova (ECON’14) is a seasoned finance professional with a focus on risk management and research. She spent 5 years at Morgan Stanley and is currently Risk Management Head for a family office in Switzerland.

Attila Molnar (PolSci '12)

Attila Molnar (PolSci '12) is an international policy and programmes professional with a recent PhD from the University of Vienna. He currently works as the Director of the British Council in Hungary.

Stela Garaz (MA'05, PhD'12)

Stela Garaz (MA'05, PhD'12) is a monitoring and evaluation professional with 8 years of experience in the international humanitarian and development sector. She is currently working as evaluation manager in the Vienna Evaluation Unit of Medecins Sans Frontieres/Doctors Without Borders (MSF).

Stefan Catrina (ECON, '15) is a management consultant with experience in multiple industries from banking to telecom and energy. He is currently working at McKinsey & Company in their Bucharest office.

Meri Baghdasaryan (LEGS’15)

Meri Baghdasaryan (LEGS’15) is a Internet Governance enthusiast and human rights attorney conducting litigation before the ECtHR and UN treaty bodies. She is also a consultant with UNDP and Council of Europe.
